In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Goa Housing Board Act, 1968 (Act No. 12 of 1968) and in supersession of the Government Notifications No. 2/19/2007/HSG/Part/22 dated 20-04-2022, published in the Official Gazette. Series II No. 4 dated 28/04/2022, No. 2/19/2007/HSG/Part dated 26-12- 2022 and No. 2/19/2007/HSG/Part/238 dated 23-07-2024, the Government of Goa hereby re-constitutes the Goa Housing Board consisting of the following members, namely:-:

1. Shri Jit Arolkar, MLA (Mandrem Constituency) — Chairman.
2. Adv. Sunil Shetye, Alto Porvorim — Member.
3. Shri Sagar Chandrakant Tilve, Paliem, Pernem — Member.
4. Shri Pravin Bhanudas Vaingankar, Arambol, Pernem — Member.
5. Secretary (Housing) or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary — Member.
6. Secretary-cum-Managing Director, Goa Housing Board — Member.
7. Shri Kishor Asnorkar, Porvorim-Goa — Member.
8. Shri Shankar @ Suraj Naik, Shiroda-Goa — Member.
9. Finance Secretary or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary — Member.

This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
